Hey all,
I have had ongoing burning at the back of my knees along the large tendons (it seems) at the outsides, and it is bilateral.
I had an MRI on my back but for some reason not in the legs. I have a compression at the L4-L5 with some spinal stenosis and an abutting of the S1 nerve.
It has been about a year since the start of this issue and no alleviation.
I had an epidural last week and it seems no real relief is apparent.
Anyone have any ideas to help or what might be next for me?
Surgery? something else?
I had some PT but they made it worse.
