has anyone used these? Amazon review is sketchy but only a few where (wiggle I think?) has 113 wtih 4.5/5 stars. german company so many more users over the pond. i can get one locally and am thinking about it. advice?
For what it’s worth - there are always a lot of them at the airport in Kona so the Euros must have faith in them.
used a hard case myself many times and it was easy to manipulate through the airport and my bike always arrived in perfect condition

I’ve got the large one that Performance sells under its name (same box, though.) Two complaints: the cheap handle broke off on the first trip, and it is really big. When we got to Vancouver for IM Canada, I had to upgrade SUV’s because it wouldn’t fit in an explorer! (Key is always rent a minivan.)
But, it’s a solid case and you can fit anything in it.
If I had it to do over, though, I’d probably take the risk and get a henhouse and try to avoid paying airline fees.
