What is up with Avia. Are they fading away or becoming a department store brand?

I love the avi-lites. And I just tried the Avi-Bolt IV in a 15 k because I found them on amazon for 27 bucks. I LOVE THEM.
No more left on Amazon, but I did find them on ebay. And sears.com. closeout prices

even avia’s own site has few sizes left.
I 'm one of those people that likes a high arch. stability shoes do me more harm than good. I have a high arch but overpronate when I 'm in a shoe without arch support.

The avias work for me. I hope they are staying alive in the technical shoe arena

Yes Avia is dead in the endurance world … search for the Avi-Mantis … it was the newest shoe designed (by Shawn Frack) before they pulled the plug on their endurance project. It was the best shoe they did and an improvement on the bolt and likely ha what you are looking for … nice shoe. I think you cna still dinf them on some running shoe sites
