Average training week at this point

at the moment it seems to be:

monday: am swim (around 4 kms)…tho depends on if i get out of bed

pm run 40 mins - 1 hr

tuesday: am swim

pm indoor trainer, 45 mins - 1 hr 15

wednesday: am run 1 hr, hills

pm indoor trainer 45 mins

thursday: am swim

pm core strength

friday: am swim

pm run 1 hr

saturday: bike 3.5-5hrs, possibl;y followed by a 30 min run

sunday: long run, 2 hrs or so, maybe a bit of hills

bike 2 hours

i’ll usually take a day off, maybe monday or wednesday or a day on the weekend. depends how im feeling.
