**I wonder what Africa would look like if Europe, the UN, and the USA focused ~overwhelming, coordinated, and goal specific~ military wrath at Mugabe (Zimbabwe), Bashir (Sudan), Angola, Congo, Sierra Leone, and Ethiopia. **

It would look a lot better.

Unfortunately, we have far more important things to do in Iraq than worry about humanitarian disasters in Africa.
