I have a business trip to Atlanta this week and was looking to pick up some tri related stuff while in major metro area that I can find in El Paso. Any recommendation on stores other than All 3 Sports–are there any other options in Atlanta?
Also, any good places to run in the evenings?
it’s been 3 years since i’ve lived in atlanta but i think the answer to your question remains no. before all3sport there was no tri-specific stores in atlanta. roswell bikes sells tri bikes but it’s not their bread and butter. running options, however are plentiful and depend where you’re staying. columns drive is a flat 2.5 mile road that leads to the chatahoochee river which has a nice 3 mile loop plus some great trail running as well. that’s about 15 minutes north of dowtown off 285 and riverside drive. closer to the city there’s piedmont park which is very scenic and always filled with runners and rollerbladers.

I am only aware of all3sports, but then again I am new to the area myself. The good news is that all3sports has a lot of stuff in stock and you can walk out with most things without the need to place an order. Of course that makes impulse buys pretty dangerous, especially when standing in front of the rack of every race wheel imaginable. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
