Any recommendations on masters programs?
Where do you live and work exactly? That makes a big difference. I find the city pretty lacking with Master’s swimming.
Check out Dynamo Masters and Triathletes or Dynamo Multisports. They have a couple of locations and offer masters swimming. Also programs at Swim Atlanta and Lifetime. A few of the bigger Ys probably have masters too, but not familiar with them.
If you are in downtown, you should check out Ga. Tech. They have an awesome pool facility that was used in 96 Oly. Not sure about their programs.
For the time being I am in Alpharetta…working all over the place!

If you are in Alpharetta, where I live, then definitely check out Dynamo on Abbots Bridge, Lifetime on North Point Parkway, or Lifetime in Johns Creek Tech Park. There is also Swim Atlanta in Johns Creek off Medlock Bridge and McGinnis Ferry.
Good places to run are the Alpharetta Greenway. I believe a group from the Y meet there on Saturdays. We have running club in Seven Oaks and Windward that runs most days around those two neighborhoods.
The Webb Bridge ride is on Saturdays and leaves from corner of Webb Bridge and North Point Parkway. There is A and B group rides that go up N. Fulton Co into Cherokee Co and back. 40-60 miles.
In Alpharetta you also aren’t far from Gaps up GA400.

Not sure on timing for WB ride. It varies during the year with the sunrise and heat. I’d guess 8 or 9 a.m. these days. I am not on the email list anymore. You may want to ask in a thread here, and check with fellow swimmers at Lifetime. Many triathletes at that location.
