mucho thanks to all s-twitchers and your recommendations for bike short comfy. i ended up combining the pi microsensor shorts with the chamois buttr and presto…instant nirvana!!! i’ve been riding some 5 hrs sessions and have experienced zero discomfort. i know there have been numerous posts about “best” bike shorts but it would be hard to find something more comfortable. (still haven’t seen tom’s survey). thanks again all! dave

I recently purchased 2pr of Ultrasensor bibs @ the PI Outlet just outside Chicago (a steal $50 ea!) and I’ve been extremely pleased with them. Assos might be “the best”, but I can’t justify paying 3x as much for them.

Prime Outlets in Aurora/North Aurora. I88 & Farnsworth Ave. Some things are cheap, some things are regular price.

As a native of Aurora, I can attest to it’s existence.

yup in an outlet mall just off I88 at farnsworth road. Been there a few times, it can be hit or miss depending on when you go. Previous years clothes are discounted pretty well, current year are the same price you’d get anywhere and you can get lucky if the sales reps have turned in samples they’re also discounted.
