Ohhhhh! Googled it. The rapper. Yeah, I have no idea. I heard the story in passing, but, did not pay enough attention to it that the name registered with me.

My $0.02, it seems like that guy was hassling/harassing them for a while and they were trying pretty hard to avoid him. Not speculating who pushed who or punched who first or if anything was justified but they were clearly trying to walk away from the guy. As for the political BS, I’ll pass.
It seems that Trumps chief diplomat Kim Kardashian took offence to Americans being subject to the rule of law elsewhere in the world so called Trump to intervene in another nation’s legal process.
The Swedish should have told him to fuck off, just for a laugh.

The gubmint don’t care, Trump does. It’s part of his fucked up obsession with celebrity.
He said something about how Sweden has really let the US African American community down. How weird is that? Imagine a white entertainer getting arrested in another country. No one would say it has anything to do with the White community in the US.
Fact rappers get arrested. It gives them something to sing about and validates lyrics about a lifestyle of drugs, money and girls . ASAP rocky is no different, it’s funny to me that trump cares about ASAP rocky . But when you think about commonalities it makes sense

The US gubmint doesn’t care. Trump does. How can you appeal to the black community when your track record isn’t great? Hitch your wagon to the Kanye and Kardashian express. When your number one priority is self promotion you find yourself aligning with those that understand and can help you. KK is the perfect victim.

He misread the headline about the celebrity rapper being arrested. He thought it had one less “p†and figured he had to defend the guy.
