Just curious how Argon 18’s Sizing Chart for their E-114 correlates to other bikes with similar stack/reach?

For example the E-114 in “Large” has a stack of 53.6 and a reach of 42.8. A Cervelo P3 in 58cm has a stack of 53.5 and reach of 44.5.
Could the Argon Sizing Chart’s be used to help with other manufacturer’s frames (I suspect the quick answer is “NO”)? If not, should other manufacturer’s adopt a similar sizing chart strategy? I guess my thought is this appears to be a useful tool in addition to understanding a frames stack and reach.
