Just wondering how steep one can get on the 112? I am considering it as an option but I don’t want to take a chance with not being able to get far enough forward.
Anyone? Anyone? Bueller…Bueller?
I believe with the reversible seatpost…you can get to at least 80
.
That’s what I wanted to know. Thanks man.
The few we have had in can easily be ridden steep and the small headtube makes it wasy for an aggressive fit. We recently sold one to francois and he loves it. PM him or me if you want more details on one.

Thanks.
I have a small frame E112,forward seat post position, saddle tip is at 1cm ahead of bb, saddle height 76cm, aerobar drop 13.8cm, with Dan’s formula for effective seat tube angle comes about 79-80 degrees. I have a vision aerobar with 2 spacers below it, vision sizemore 70mm stem and about 1cm left for the saddle to go forward. My cockpit distance is 76cm and is a little choked up, but that is my choice. 80mm stem would have been perfect.
Hope some of these numbers help. I am 5’9", 155lbs.
Thanks again. How do you you like it? I hear it’s a little heavy but according to the website, it is lighter than an ordu and I thought my ordu was pretty light.
I absolutely love it. I have put about 1500mi on it so far. I speced it with DA drivetrain, had my Ultegra brakes and Bontrager brake levers, took vision bar with ski bends, 404F/808R tubular, hang Xlab carbon wing, 2 gorilla cages…It is awesome. It fits me well. it is comfy. I live and race in rolling hills, so weight is not that big of a factor for me. I came of aluminum Trek Equinox 9 with which I raced very well this past season. It is lighter than Trek, I think it clocked at about 18lbs, don’t remember accurately. The frame is stiff. Overall, great experience so far.
