So, this chick claims he’s her baby’s daddy, and she is willing to put herself in legal jeopardy to do so, since if true, it would constitute statutory rape on her part.
WTF?
So Yahey needs to know if this is true–he’s pretty upset right now.
No way. My guess? She contacted the Beebs in an effort to shake him down for a small payout. Bieber’s handlers, realizing this chick who is threatening to go public unless they pay her, quickly come to the conclusion that she is not only off her rocker, but also too stupid to think about the statutory rape angle. They turned her down, and laughed behind her back as she walked herself out the door and right into legal jeopardy.
Did you know Kim Kardashian is getting a divorce? seriously? like OMG. But I know Yahey is totally into all this…the BEST is…and did you hear this? apparently this happened during a ‘30 second’ backstage ‘interlude’
I know it’s true as they said that on tv and the internet. I did not even think about the stat rape thing I was like…‘30 SECOND’? did I hear that? hahahahaha well hell yeah he’s what 17? of course it was 30 seconds
But that is long enough to make a ‘Baby Baby Baby’
Ok, to ME the best part is that is was 30 seconds…that actually makes my sides hurt, well also did hard ‘core’ workout yesterday but that part is the best I think.
People this unstable would gladly trade a year in the clink for a 20-year payout. At the very least, it’s a book deal and a reality series.
Not even a year in jail. Misdemeanor probably gets her probation, at most. You don’t have to be unstable to realize the payout far outweighs the risk.
So if she’s telling the truth and the child is his, this is a no brainer. Perhaps some probation, but 20 years of child support.
If she’s lying, she doesn’t get the payout, but there’s little risk of criminal sanction either. In the meantime, she gets airtime, maybe a few tabloids to pay her for ehr story.
PC 261.5(b) is a misdemeanor. And there’s a one-year statute of limitations, so the clock is ticking. Since Bieber is denying having had sex with her, the prosecution is unlikely to bring charges based on her admission alone, especially since there appear to be some major flaws to her story. So she will only have proven herself quilty if there’s a paternity test and it’s positive. Obviously, no paternity test until at least 9 months after the act. And since it’s being contested, probably no paternity test until after one year.
3. she will have to register as a sex offender
No. PC 261.5(b) is not a registrable offense in California.
Again, I fail to see the downside. Either Beiber is not the father, in which case she’s no worse off than she is now. Or Beiber is the father, in which case she gets child support at the minor risk of perhaps a few months’ suspended sentence and probation.
