Women tend to either approve and compliment fit, toned bodies, or hate them and criticise those same people because of their own jealousy. I am proud to say I fall into both categories!
Too skinny = concern but appreciation for the dedication and hard work.
Toned and fit = compliments and appreciation for the dedication and hard work.
Fit but needs to keep working = me, bitching about the above two and eating cupcakes. But I’ve got strong legs and lungs…
