Hi, I heard there are some trail runs this week hosted by the tri club of San Diego and I was hoping that someone out there could tell me when and where they are? Thanks.

I didn’t see anything on the TCSD web site (http://www.triclubsandiego.org/). They used to have an informal weekend run from the west end of Penasquitas Canyon but I’m not sure it’s still active. The canyon run is a just-under twelve mile round trip. There are markers every mile but the first mile (from west-to-east) is approx 1/4 mile short. What day do you want to run and at what pace? I’m running the canyon Saturday AM as part of a 20-miler. PM me if you’re interested.
