Are there any sports free from doping?

It just seems in this day an age that doping is far too easy to get away with. Not only in pro sports but I can only imagine in amateur and recreational sports as well. Maybe we should just legalize it and call a spade a spade.

I’m pretty sure they aren’t doping in curling!

I think darts is clean, unless you consider beer a PED.

Haha, I stand corrected…

Bowling? It appears that being more unfit leads to better performance in that particular “sport”.

2) Badminton

Size of one’s beer gut is critical to forward momentum and ball speed.

So basically even sports that aren’t sports are doping.

The answer to the OP’s question is NO. No sports are free from doping.

Hell, we take PEDs just to get it up in the bedroom, why should anything else be immune?

What…you think doping is something new? Doping is just another way of cheating…and cheating has been going on since the first dude laid down a challenge to another.

Here from the Olympic.org site:

“Some athletes did not always respect their oath and tried to win by unauthorised means. This
kind of cheating was punished and the dishonest athletes had to pay fines. With this money,
statues of Zeus were erected, known as the Zanes. Each of these statues were placed along the
passageway that led to the stadium, with the name of the cheat inscribed on its base.
To get to the competition site, the athletes had to walk past all the statues. This reminded
them of the example not to follow!”

So if people across the ages never decided to “legalize” cheating…then we ought to take heart and continue the good fight. That doesn’t mean we don’t be realistic that there will always be those who cheat, but rather, simply that we don’t have to toss the baby out with the bathwater.

Bodybuilding is totally clean. Just ask chic with the mustache at my gym…

Thanks for illustrating my point. If thousands of years of cheating has taken place, don’t you think it is time to reevaluate PED use and just get rid of the nonsense of the allusion that Olympics or any sport is clean.
