Check out what most tortillas are made of: flour and lard. Especially the shit that comes frozen in a box.
The answer to this is the answer to almost everything. If you eat it in moderation it won’t hurt you. People act like flour and lard are a bad thing. Eat food, not too much, mostly vegetables.
Nothing will kill you in small doses. I don’t think I’d make them a staple of my diet.
