Would rotor cranks be good for aging (59) knees where riding is predominantly on moderate rolling hills? Thanks!
I can’t say as they’ve helped, but they don’t do any harm. I’ve had minor problems with my knees over the years and have not noticed my Rotors helping or hindering.
I noticed a considerable benefit to an injured knee - compared with regular cranks - I also noticed this benefit with the use of q-rings.
A distinct reduction of knee pain, both during and after cycling - following a torn medial meniscus
I used for a year and could not say one way or another. I loved not having the dead spot. Seems like bike fit was more critical for me with sore backs and knees.
