I am wondering if my HED race wheels(I have both HED3 rear and HED Disc) that I have on my Shimano 9spd drivetrain are going to be compatible w/ my new DA 10spd drivetrain? Will they accept a 10spd cassette or do they need modification?

9sp hubs are compatible with 10sp cassettes…
Terry in MN is correct, however you do need to use the spacer that comes with the 10 speed cassettes on 9 speed hubs.
