Arch support recommendations?

anyone have rec’s for people with really high arches? what insoles/footbeds do you use?

anyone buy custom orthotics? suggestions or stories (related, of course) are welcome…

thanks.

I have fairly high arches, standard arch supports are never enough and people think my shoes are girls shoes :frowning:

I have switched over the Sole custom footbeds in all my shoes (except walking shoes). I bought one pair, and then at the end of last season I bought two more pairs to go in my cycling shoes and running shoes. I have a couple teammates that use them too and love them. You can remold them if they do not fit just right (never had a problem).

I have only been using these for ~14 months.

if you are really high and want over the counter than Sole is the only way to go. I personally think the arch is to far foward for most people and overly exagerrated on the medial side. Other brands such as superfeet are a little more balanced. But if it’s high you want Sole is the highest and they are very comfy and easy to find. Don’t last as long as some other brands though due to no plastic backing on them.
