2600 yds for me today, “main set” was 8 x 50 stroke. I’m still recovering from this weekend.
The rubber hits the road this month…enough slacking off…St. Croix is 4 weeks away and I’ve barely done 50,000m of swimming all year…put me down for 30,000m…gotta force myself to the pool…if I can get closer to 35,000m that would be nice.

i thought this started as a motivation to keep swimming through the winter thing, but it is now spring and races have started so…isn’t it time to get the time in on the run and bike with the exception of the swimmers?
It started a year ago because there was a running challenge, and a cycling challenge (that one was short lived though) and the fishies felt left out.
It’s winter somewhere??? I dunno. In my world it is ALWAYS swim season, except when Desert Dude tells me it is “downtime season” which lasts 10 days of my whining.
