From what I can see, which was not too much, it looks like there is some increased signal in the posterior horn of your medial meniscus. Could be a horizontal tear or some intrasubstance degeneration. What it looks like is secondary to the symptoms.
Of course I could be way off, it may be gonococcal urethritis.
