I’m trying to get it to work with A PT 2.4 but I can’t get it to recognize the PT from any of the USB drivers.
I’ve tried both Mac and PC, I’ve gone through the tech support FAQs online but it isn’t working, I have Viasta on the PC, OS10.4 on the Mac, should I get something else or am I just confused?

Yes, I am using power agent. works OK, but the latest does not support the serial cradle (I have a serial->usb adapter that worked on the previous software version). I am running XP though - vista maybe your issue…
Yeah, I have the serial-usb cable, maybe vista is the problem, I sent an email to their tech support so we’ll see.
