Anyone use Rickson Gracie style breathing techniques while it TT position?

If so what are you finding beneficial? And if you know who Rickson is PM me so we can become best friends lol

I have a hard time seeing how it could be performed effectively in a TT position and under heavy aerobic stress. Pranayama techniques like that are meant to be done in a relaxed state and not in the midst of activity. It’s practicing and training a breathing method.

Some of those breathing techniques also come with a risk of a collapsed lung.
