Hi, I’m looking for a favour from someone who does.
Here in Borneo, you can’t get any form of sports drinks/gels etc. I have someone bringing me out some gel powder to make up as I need it, and I have about another 6 months supply of Extran sports drink powder.
However, I’m starting to experiment with making my own 4:1 carb:protein drink for recovery. I’ve been making up a drinking chocolate/cocoa/protein powder mix with milk, that seems to be about right, but I would like to know what the portion size and make up of endurox is, to see if I’m getting close. I don’t expect to copy it, and all the extra clever compounds they put in, just get close on the basic mix.
Could someone give me the nutrition list from the side of the packet (if it has one) as to it’s make up. Not the ingredients list, just the calories/carbs/protein etc per portion.

And no, I can’t get it easily shipped, as customs will hold it, and then I would have to apply for an import license from the food and agriculture department. I already looked into mail ordering some Gu and the same thing applies, hence trying to get an idea on making something similar.
