Anyone try new (2005 model) SLR T1?

Looking to replace my Arione Tri saddle (works good for road position, but uncomfortable in deep aero position).

What’s the diff between 2005 SLR T1 and the original SLR t1?

Feedback anyone?

I have one on my new Isaac Joule. I’m still trying to get comfortable on it. I wish the saddle was flat, it slightly rises towards the nose which causes pressure to my prostate area.

Didn’t know there were any changes. I rode 2 hours yesterday on it (for the first time, after using an Aliante, the greatest road saddle ever). I only spent maybe 30 mins aero, the rest on the Hed hoods. Seems OK so far. I wish they made the nose softer. A lot softer.

Thanks for the feedback. I spend a lot of time on the saddle nose in aero position, so I’m looking for something comfortable but not to soft like the Aspide and Azoto Gel saddles.

You can tell if you have a 2005 model if the “T1” mark is located near the tip of the saddle nose. The original model’s “T1” mark is located almost 2 inches behind the tip of the saddle nose.

I’m interested in hearing more feedback on the 2005 model T1 and how it feels when sitting over the nose area in aero position.

Another new saddle I’m considering is the new Selle San Marco Black Angel. Anyone try this triathlon saddle?

Do you have any pictures of aforementioned T1 saddle. Because I have last years version and it is flat with a soft nose and it is awesome. So if they changed the design I need to go out and buy the older version before it dissapears.
