Espen just tells about his preparations for IM Lanzarote and his new Cervelo. He also got Rotor Cranks - which is promising: On AT intervalls on rollers where he used to ride with a speed of 31,5 – 33,0 km/h - he’s now (with Rotor) riding with a speed of 35,2-36,1 km/h (with equal tires, pressure etc.).
