The reply may not have come yet, as for the automated, did you check your spam filter? I get that sometimes, automated return emails get dumped out.

Yes, I did also check the spam filter, nothing there ![]()
It just may be that such confirmation email has been removed, and the order has been processed normally, but an acknowledgment would be nice ![]()

I tried to order online about 10 days ago and it bombed. I called Renn to 1) see if the order went through (didn’t) and 2) place a phone order. He took the order but was out of the office at the time.
I’ve called a couple of times to get a confirmation that my order is in process but they are always out of the office. Since there is a 4 week lead time I didn’t want to find out in April that my order was never placed.
I’ve heard good things about Renn so I hope this is just a fluke with service due to high volume.
I baught mine from them last year, the problem with Renn is that ther is no “them” only frank himself ( or that is what I have been told. I had the same issues, had to call several times and felt bad because I felt I was bugging him. Finally, my checking account got billed after about 10 days of back and forth and the disc arrived the next day. Funny, the day after they drafted the 480.00 + 20.00 shipping, his prices went up a bit. Call him and bother him until he sells it to you. I have been really happy with mine and haven’t noticed any of the problems that some people say they have.
I ordered a disc on March 6th and received confirmation within a day. Additionally I sent two emails one right before and right after I ordered and both were answered within a day. Just to confirm the email I have been using is:
I first purchased a 650 disc about 6 years ago. The service and product has been great, I did not hesitate in buying another disc. You will be delighted with the the product and service behind the wheel if you ever need.

When I ordered one a couple of years ago, I never received the email confirmation, and could never get hold of them by phone or email. Nevertheless, the disc showed up on time, so was fine. If you don’t have the email now, you probably won’t get it. Great product, but poor communication with customers - I guess they feel they don’t need to…
I placed my order on Dec 31st 07, and received the automated response that same day. Some considerable delays, but it did finally ship and should be here on Monday (Mar 17).
