i think this is an ebay sales scam, but the bike is real enough. it has an interesting frame design. anyone know who makes it, and if it is still even made?

It is a C4 joker as the ebay listing states. you’re right that the ebay thing is dodgy as all hell though.

Stay away from the C4 Joker! The C4 Joker has a serious design flaw, look at the chain and the chain stay, the chain is touching the chain stay. Even on a larger ring, your chain will keep slapping on the chain stay. The right carbon chain stay will grind away by the chain in no time. Avoid at all cost, unless you prepare to run something like 56t or larger chain ring and no small ring.
