I tried contacting him a few times and haven’t heard anything back. Wondering if anyone else has had any luck recently.
I sent him an e-mail about a month ago and didn’t hear back.
He screwed me out of a custom shirt (1 of 20 in the order) back in the spring, emailed him, never heard back.

I had talked with him in July and sent him some vinyl material to test printing on. Haven’t heard back sense. I know he is usually pretty busy but going on 3 months and no reply is strange.
Tai did some great work for me recently (shirts, hats, banner, etc. For Kona). I know he was pretty slammed with orders.
I am very happy with the work and the responsiveness.
I just got some decals done for my wheels last month (which are now collecting dust while I heal). He was great and they look awesome. I can’ recommend him enough. He always responded promptly to me, except once and I emailed him again a few days later and he responded and apologized. I can’t ask for more than that. I know he’s super busy so you might want to try emailing him again. My guess is he’s at that point where a business starts growing beyond ones control. Just my two cents.
Talked to him right before Kona. Me thinks he is pretty busy right now. He mentioned something about getting back into shape and KQ’ing :0)
Are you PMing him or e-mailing him? e-mail him is better.
I have had him do LOTs of work for me.
