Anyone have a link to an upper body stretching routine?

I saw the one dave scott did and liked it except it was all lower body.

Get a book called “Stretching and Flexibility” by Kit Laughlin. I did a course with him a couple of years ago, and it is the best stretching system I have come across. I’m a personal trainer, BTW, and am not easily impressed.
