I just read the spanish site, and there is no information regarding registration. It just that the race will be on Feb 18, 2006. After four year of great success at the Half Ironman Mexico in Oaxaca this race has been chosen as a race for the 70.3 series as a qualifier for the world champs in florida. After being chosen, they wanted to choose a new site for the race. The reason why ensenada was selected is that it is more accessible and it has greater infrastructure in place to host this race.
