Anyone ever tried this?

For the last year I’ve struggled with GI Distress at various but not consistent times during training. I chalk it up mainly to not being as mindful and consistent in my diet as I should be. Out with a bike group over the weekend one of the guys highly recommended I try using Run Chow as a regular diet staple. I checked it out and think I like their approach–I especially like the high fat from coconut milk in the product. Anyone here had experience with the product good or bad?

I have suffered from GI distress and started using Run Chow several months ago and drink it almost everyday. I don’t know if it works for everybody, but along with not eating anything in the 90 minutes before a long run or competition, I have had very little “issues”. I recommend!

It depends what triggers your GI issues. It’s maltodextrin, whey protein isolate, powdered coconut milk, peanut flour and casein. If dairy is the cause of your GI I’d stay away. Another one to try is UCAN. It’s basically corn starch but it does the trick, just mix it in with water or some Skratch Labs.
