Thoughts about what to do with your 705 while you aren’t watching it? Most of the small stuff I do has poor if any security. I am worried someone is gonna get the idea to just walk away with it. Any thoughts?

I use a top-tube mounted Bento Box to hold a spare tube & tools. These don’t fill it up, so I’ll turn on the 705 just before getting in the water and put it in the top of the box, with the little mesh cover over the top of the box to keep it in if the bike falls or is knocked over. At T1, just pop the 705 into the bike mount; the cost is just a few seconds and not an amount that is going to materially affect where I place. It’s not going to stop anybody that knows where it is and wants it, but it’s also not obviously out there in the open either - you have to be right at the bike to even see it in the bento box.
