upper respiratory infection, non-stop coughing, end-of-the-world sick?
Geez, i haven’t done anything in 5 days now…
I had swimmers ear that lasted the day. Hurt like hell…
I came down with something after going to Alcatraz but I’m pretty sure it’s because I didn’t really sleep the night before. But same thing, no lung capacity and my muscles are weak, had to take off a couple days.
It could be worse, I know someone who got sick from the swim (in the past). A really nasty stomach virus.
See, you should have stayed longer at the party…

It was all that SEAL poop you swam through…SEALS good,humans BAD!
I would recommend all triathletes get the Hep A and B series vaccines…Cover all wounds with antibiotic cream before the swim…Maybe even load up on Vit C a few days before, but not on race day…
got pumped full of drugs yesterday. feeling better today, but i’ve missed a monster training week this week. sucks.
