I did it last year as well, I was just curious if anyone else was going to be there. Hopefully the water and air temps will be a bit higher this year!
Looks like we’re going to have some nice weather Sunday. I can still remember waiting in the body marking line last year and hearing them announce the water temperature of 62 degrees! Hopefully the water will be warmer this year. I’m bringing my wetsuit this time.

Last year I almost bought a wetsuit the night before, but decided to wait until after working a couple of soccer camps in Colorado and having extra money…big mistake!
I’m in as well - but for the du this year. It’ll be nice to have better weather this year - last year was possibly the coldest I’ve been pre-race…
Gotta love the 8:00am post race beer
