CdA is sold out, except for the resort, but they want $300+ per night for a room that really should be no more than $100. Killer location if you can afford it.
Spokane has Hoopfest that same weekend, which is the world’s largest 3 on 3 street basketball tournament which draws 20,000+ participants and really fills up the hotels. I’d suggest hotels in Spokane Valley, about a 15 minute drive to CdA on I-90. Look for hotels in Liberty Lake, or on Sullivan Rd, Pines Rd or Argonne Rd, listed in order of proximity to CdA (and order of distance from the Hoopfest crowds in Spokane).

Were I am staying is 1 to 1and1/2 miles out from the middle of CDA. Can not find in any Phone books(except there I think. I found it while driving around there last year. Pretty reasonable 115.00 some have kitchenettes. Old but was very clean.

If you were there last year,it is just pass the bridge where on the bike course we went up the up ramp,turned left went over the end of the lake then started climbing.
No, not quite…On the bike course,go to the first turn around then come back to town,then as you leave town(the transition on the left,and resort on left)go a little ways and go up the on ramp then make a left and go over bridge.Well if you do not go up that ramp the motel is just before on the right…I thought it was just after the ramp but my wife has just corrected me!
