Anybody using felt f-bends on 9 series speed concept?

Anyone using this setup? Do you like it? I am thinking of switching to the felt f-bends from the speed concept extensions.
Are the felt extensions made to allow for the proper routing for a speed concept (i.e from a hole out of the bottom of the extension and not out of the back of the extension?)

Any thoughts would be appreciated

I don’t have an SC, but I do have a set of (alloy) F-bend bars. There are two cable slots on my F-bend bars – one on the underside near the first bend (right after the straight part of the extensions) and one on top (you can see where the top ones are here: http://forum.slowtwitch.com/gforum.cgi?post=3218123%3B , the bottom ones are on the bottom and a little bit rearward).

It would be pretty easy to add another hole wherever you need it…

I just switched out the stock bars for the zipp Vuka Shift bars. Really nice, IMO. The cables route out the back of the bars and then into the frame. Clean. maybe not a clean as the originals, but that is up for discussion. I have small-medium hands and the OEM bars had ~4 cm of aerobar and shifter sticking up and I just couldn’t stand that. Plus it was hard to reach the shifters when they were so far out front.

I would definitely like to see a pic. Thanks for the offer. My problem is that I have really long arms and I need a little bit more extension to play with. I am already at the minimum insert length and need a couple more centimeters. I had focused on the F-bends because I have heard that they are 400 mm as opposed to 350mm. If any one knows of longer extensions I should check out I would appreciate it. Prefer S or F type bends.
