No name brand on ebay being sold as a “P2K copy”. Looks like a 74 degree TT frame of some sort IMO.

at least an earlier version of the arcole. different top tube is the most obvious difference but other than that the two frames look very similar.
This is not all that similar to the P3 - it must be a brand of some sort not just a “home built copy” as it has the replaceable Der Hanger. Looks like a BDC (can you say “brick”) fork.
