Rock n’ Rollman Half IM? Just curious. I’m planning on being there, hoping to have a good day and not meltdown on the run. Anybody familiar with the run course?
Yep, I’ll be there. The run course is a couple loops of 2 out-n-back legs that go up and down some mild hills. Nothing steep, just long gentle climbs. I’ll be wearing an All3sports race suit. Give me a yell if you see me. Good luck!

I’ll be in black Zoot shorts, blue sleeveless cycling jersey, and on a blue Yaqui Manzanita w/a Renn disc. I may sport my straw cowboy hat a la Toby Keith on the run. When I’m out in the heat of the day running, I often wear that hat if it ain’t too windy. I wore it in my first race this year, a half IM in north Georgia, and I was the only one there with such headgear. If I don the hat, I’ll be pretty easy to find. And I’ll be going pretty slow, too.
