Being the genius that I am, I bought a 32 clamp campy record front derailleur knowing with certainty it would fit my bike. Of Course today, when tried to put it on. No go. Need a 35 clamp. My old front derailler is a veloce with a 35 clamp. Any way of salvaging my stupidity? Somehow transplanting the clamp from the veloce to the record? I bought the front derailleur on craigslist so no chance of returning.
If not, anyone want a record front derailleur 32 non QS for a really good price?
