Here is probably the best tip-one that I have been using for some time and it seems to work. To get better at running, I go run. Can you imagine that? So simple, yet brilliant.

hey ive been doing triathlons for about 6 months now and my swim and run is dominant but the run just isnt my thing. i’ve always been a sprinter and getting used to the long runs off the bike just kills me. just wondering if anyones got any tips for training to getting used to long runs.
