I know running downhill you’re supposed to lean forward a bit. Never feels natural to me. I never feel like I’m able to fully take advantage of a downhill. any specific things for uphill running? I wouldn’t assume much technique change for running uphill.

Very good video from Sage on both uphill and downhill running. Really helped me to drop people on downhills and don’t kill quads in the process.
thanks. that’s helpful. interesting they mention powerhiking. although for steeper inclines than I’m doing. I’m doing IM Chattanooga again this year and trying to be better prepared for some of the climbing on the run.
