Hey just seeing if there are any possible ways or other brands that make a Shimano 11spd compatible Return To Center (R2C) shifters?
As far as I know, Sram is the only brand that makes R2C 11spd shifters and they made them Sram specific shifters.
AFAIK, the spacing is the same between SRAM and Shimano for 11-speed (Campy too, if that makes any difference). Sure, the R2C shifters need to be mated to a SRAM rear derailleur, but the cassettes are interchangeable. That may not answer your question…
Yeah I guess I’m not sure, Sram’s site says only compatible with Sram 11spd so even if spacing is identical I don’t know the specifics of what makes incompatible. I’m looking at getting an Ultegra groupset and want R2C.
Yeah, as I understand it the cassettes are interchangeable, but the shifter pull radius is different, so cross platform shifters won’t work.
