There are two races in Houston this weekend and one more in Austin in Jan.
I am doubting I will make the trip to Houston this weekend. I am a bit tired. I need an easy weekend.
Tilford is an amazing guy. He’s been doing this for 20+ years … he’s gotta be pushing 50. A long time ago, when he rode for Scott before he was teammate of Ned Overend on Specialized, back when I thought that just maybe I had a little bit of talent, I ‘raced’ against Tilford at a fairly good size midwest race. Not only did he kick my ass, he lapped me like I was standing still. But he was very gracious about it. Nice guy, too.
