*for real input… It’s fine… I would guess you’re leaving a little speed out there though. I think I’d go back a little on the saddle and see how it looked/felt.

Clean up the cable mess…maybe get the tilt kit so you can angle the bars a bit. You might like that. I found that improved my comfort so much more when i owned an frd.
Looks pretty dialed. You could perhaps tweak some details in the tunnel, but in terms of the fit coordinates, I couldn’t make any concrete recommendations with putting you on a fit bike. Maybe slide back on the saddle 1-2cm. Maybe drop the front end 1-2cm. Crank length even looks good.
fix your headspace and timing. Good triathletes don’t get broken CO2s or even flats for that matter… same with cleats running out of T1. These were not accidents.
Fit… you’re not on the bike that I would put you on. Something that you can get slightly longer on and hide your head and narrow up your shoulders. There are also some elements I’d add that would help comfort over 112mi.
Also, get a one piece kit in whatever brand your team uses. Get rid of that Xlab thing and get your bottle closer to your saddle.

It looks good to me. It’s a good example of how you can have a pretty clean profile without a lot of drop. It seems like most people who post here either have their helmet sticking up 8 inches over the highest point of their back – or they have a huge drop, but their back is arched way above the top of their helmet. You have avoided both those errors.
If you hold that for an Ironman, I’d think you would do pretty well. I would get a disk wheel however and might consider trying tilted bars as someone recommended above. I’d be interested in your avg. speed and power.
