I’ve never been to Florida, and know fairly little about it. What is so appealing about C?

Not as much as you’d think! I think it has the widest variety between beaches, cities, and nice(r) rural areas. If i had to live in Florida I’m pretty sure i could find somewhere in C. And hey, trips to the beach are at most 2 hours.

C has the Tampa area, great beaches (AMI in particular), 3 of 4 major league sports. Just as appealing for me is what it doesn’t have: Orlando, Miami, Trump world, everglades, and north Florida.

Florida - the best thing we can say about it is “At least we’re not Alabama”.

My wife and I talked about moving out of Florida. But our roots are just too deep. Our current home and our property that we’ll move to in a few years are both in A. The good thing about north Florida is that it isn’t nearly as populated as the area from Orlando on down. I don’t like over-populated cities. Winters are great and spring can be pretty nice.

The sub-tropic weather allows us to grow a lot of awesome fruits.

That being said, it would be nice to be in a place that has four seasons and a bit more natural scenery.

Everything on your list is true, except for one. It isn’t flat. The IMFL course has a really big difficult hill on it. We call it Alpe d’redneck. Well, it is actually a bridge, but we still like to call it a hill.
