I agree that the project 13 is bit on the “posh” side ride now, but so so is owning a sub 13lbs bike. The bike is a mix of all of the lightest possible components, which significantly affects the price. We got my Falcon down to about 14lbs last year, which beleive me is plenty light enough and is much better priced at $1250 US for the custom frame.
That is very good! I will go look at the Falcon specs.
Thanks,
Nope, it’s on Broadway.
I wonder which one I went into!
I’m guessing Il Campione (8th & Burrard)

PS - anyone heard about the new tri shop to be opening in Vancouver this year?
G’day,
The Falcon is what I ride on as well. I had Kurt custom the geometry so that I got approx 78 degree seat tube. He was great dealing with me (I think I know what I want but don't know dick about bike building :) ), he was afraid that some of the changes I wanted would make it handle badly and warned me thus. But the bike more than exceeds my expectations. So if the standard Geometry doesn't suit you I'm more than sure that Kurt can accomodate ya.
Hope this helps.
PEACE
C'ya
Peter
Thanks Peter, that’s good to know that such flexibility and customer service exists.
