It seems like I’ve had a lot of these Garmin questions lately… Forerunner 745 here.
When you use Multisport or custom WO activities, Garmin throws extra data screens onto your watch. Has anyone figured out how to edit or delete these extra screens?
For example: I have my run activity setup to show two screens with single displays on each; power on one & distance on the other. I’m old and need big digits to see without glasses. 
Anyway, when I select my run activity for a regular run, only those two screens are displayed - great, perfect, what I want! BUT, when I select the same run activity and load a custom workout from my Connect calendar (synced from Training Peaks), three additional screens are added to the two I want and the new screens are multiple displays each i.e., they are small enough I can’t read them. I can’t find a way to access them for editing. Has anyone figured out how to access these added screens and edit?
This also happens on the multisport activity. Where I’m calling specific swim, bike, run activities programmed to show what I only want to see. But, Garmin tosses in an extra screen or three and gives me data I don’t want. Same deal - no access to edit, that I’ve found anyway.
Anyone have any insight, work arounds, solutions, etc. THANKS!
