This short is designed for a woman’s figure. It is made of the same De Soto Ribbed™ Lycra Power® we use in our men’s version, which is amazingly resilient and supportive. The Microflat™ seams make it as eloquent as it is functional. This high-end tri short also has a hidden back pocket, a drawstring elastic waist, and features our new Integrated Invisipad™ with a new hourglass fit, so that it flows with the contour of the seam lines, eliminating that unwanted bulky look of the pads you see on other brands of tri shorts. I don’t know about the shorts but I love your female clothing ads. Just wants me want to go out and do a brick or something. Have you ever considered putting out a “pinup” calendar of your models? Just guessing, but me thinks it would be posted in about 95% of the triathlon/bike shops in the country…

Emilio - very cool. I kind of like the bikini lines within the short look! I wonder if it’s possible they could replace my standard desoto low rise as my favorite everyday riding shorts? Will have to try & see!
forget the shorts, you gotta post about your skin cooler stuff! That fabric is so cool (literally:), seems just like the Ice Touch stuff Mizuno was playing with a few years back but with a bit more tri friendly weave and a LOT more stretch. Debated picking up a sleeveless jersey today…
Tell me more about the InvisiPad - is it fleece or similar to the 400 mile shorts pad (but thinner)? I love the pad in the 400 mile shorts, I think it would be great to do that but much thinner on a tri short.

Darrell, did not order them, but you should ask him to. For some reason he is not carrying any De Soto garments (just T! wetsuits) in his store this year.
The Invisipad is our special fleece that has lycra in it so it stretches with the shorts in every direction. We are testing a thinner version of the 400-Mile pad right now. Obviously the test needs to pass being able to run in them comfortably, as well as swim in them without it feeling like sponge.
