Andean people, watt gauge

Hi all.

I’ve recently experienced that my watt gauge rotor 2inpower, don’t fit my Andean bike.
The left pedal hits the frame.

Anyone know of a 2 sided (left and right) watt gauge that fits?
The easy choice would be to use watt pedals, but I would prefer to keep my speedplay pedals.

Are you opposed to running a Quarq? Do those do left/right satisfactorily?
